Cosmic yoga
No no no your getting the wrong idea, I don't work out. Who does? connor & Ryan do! This Australian or British or who knows where she is from but I love this lady who gets my kids to exercise so I can blog, check emails, drink my chai etc. Thank you Ms Krisitie for telling me about this gem.
