26 weeks

Ray took this week's picture in the nursery. We hung the new blinds this weekend and the guy who paints the apartments at Jill's property painted the nursery "latte" for us.

On Monday I'll officially be in the third trimester and on Friday I'll officially be on vacation. Can't wait for Lake Okoboji!

Passed!

Enough of you have asked that I thought I better put it on the blog; yes I passed the glucose test. Thank goodness! My score was a 69 and as long as it is below 140 you are fine. I should also mention that in four weeks I have gained 4lbs. I love the doctor's scale, mine said 6lbs so it was a very pleasant doctor's visit!

25 Weeks

In 100 days or less we will all get to meet Connor! This Thursday he gave me and Ray a scare. I had 10 Braxton Hicks contractions in 30 minutes. We took Dr. Travis & Dr. Andy's (thanks med school) advice and went home and laid down and they eventually stopped.

Tuesday is my next dr appt where I have to drink this delicious concoction and then wait 1 hr to see if I test positive for gestational diabetes. Keep your fingers crossed that things go well because what is the summer time with out ice cream?
