Things that are excittng when you are 30

Garage door openers and panels! The new motor is so quiet! The panels are insulated! The motor is synced up to our smart phones and we can open or shut the garage door and a light in our house even if we are at Lake Okoboji! This also means when Ray comes in late night from golf league he isn't waking the kids (or me) up when the garage door goes up.
